Shipping & Returns

We ship every order with tracking. US orders: dispatch in [X] business days, delivery in [Y–Z] business days. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, we replace it — free with Shipping Protection, and handled case-by-case without it.

Returns: 30 days from delivery, any reason. Email hello@hallowandholly.com and we'll make it right.
