Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Here is exactly what we use them for.

Strictly necessary

These make the store work and cannot be switched off: keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in, remembering your engraving input while you shop, processing payment securely, and protecting against fraud and abuse.

Analytics

These tell us how many people visit, which products get viewed, where visitors come from, and where they abandon checkout. We use this to fix what is broken. The data is aggregated — we are not trying to identify you personally.

Advertising

The Meta pixel records events such as viewing a product, adding to cart, starting checkout and purchasing, and sends them to Meta so we can measure whether our ads work and show relevant ads to people likely to want a housewarming gift. This may include a hashed version of your email address.

Your choice

When you first arrive we show a cookie choice card. You can accept everything, or decline analytics and advertising cookies and still shop normally. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this site or by reopening the cookie settings link in the footer.

Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies entirely, and most offer a "do not track" setting. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout.
